How to wear it:

• Cleanse and energize: Before wearing, it's recommended to cleanse the Rudraksha with Gangajal (Ganges water) or raw milk, followed by chanting mantras like "Om Hrim Namah Shiva" 108 times. Some also prefer pranayama or sunlight exposure for purification.
• Thread or chain: Traditionally, Rudraksha beads are strung together with cotton thread. Silver chains are gaining popularity due to their aesthetic appeal and believed amplification of energy. Choose a chain comfortable for you.
